As a veterinarian, I fully understand the importance of disease prevention and the minimization
of community contact during the COVID-19 pandemic. I can assure you that all social distancing recommendations will be in place. In addition, precautions are in place to prevent fomite transmission. Fomites are articles that are likely to carry viral particles such as items from home. Dogs and dog fur/hair are not considered a very probable source of COVID-19 infection, however we will practice social distancing as guidelines are being determined.
